Particle Board (PB)

Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)

    • Boards manufactured by decomposing wood into fiber, covering with eco-friendly
      • - Easier to process and cut than PBs, used on the front side of furniture and in high-end construction materials

High Density Fibreboard (HDF)

    Dongwha high density fibreboard (HDF) has a higher density version of ordinary fibreboard. It is engineered to suit the most demanding applications such as for high pressure laminated flooring.
    The combination of melamine resin system used during production and much higher density range made it less susceptible to big variation of moisture changes and more resistant to higher force of impact.

Low Density Fibreboard (LDF)

    Dongwha low density fibreboard (LDF) is often used when there is a need to reduce weight without sacrificing its versatility. Due to its low density, it is light and made handling much easier.
    It has excellent machinability and consistent core which make it suitable for architectural mouldings, trade show exhibits, ready to assemble furniture and many more applications.
    Dongwha LDF are normally in demand when manual handling, tooling or freight cost are a major consideration. In addition, our LDF has a general purpose board, bright color board and latex-free board pending the application of the boards.

Melamine Faced Board (MFB)

    • Processed boards manufactured by compressing LMP and PBs and MDFs and processing the surface
      - Diverse specifications and patterns

Coated Paper Overlaid Board (COB)

    Dongwha’s Coated Paper Overlaid Board (COB), is a decorative paper laminated on medium density fibreboard (MDF) designed for a wide range of interior furnishing and joinery applications. Such applications include face panels for lightweight furniture construction, cabinet backing panels, drawer bottoms as well as wall and ceiling linings.
